I still don’t have a new computer (hopefully by next week) and our internet hasn’t been installed in the new place so this post is going to be short and sweet, since it’s via iPhone.

This weekend we had the big move from Chicago to Wisconsin. Although it was a bit sad leaving Chicago, I’m really loving our new home. In unit washer/dryer? Yes please! The move went smoothly overall, just a few minor bumps along the way, but nothing major. I was mostly in charge of cleaning and keeping Oliver occupied.

Something else pretty big also happened this weekend in our new home. I actually SAW the baby moving inside my stomach and hubs felt a definite kick for the first time!! The look on his face was priceless. All day Saturday I was obsessed with eating, lifting up my shirt and watching/feeling baby move around. Classy, I know but baby seems to be most active after meals.

I’m excited to be finally living with my husband full time again and I’m looking forward to getting back into a regular blogging schedule and cooking in my kitchen! There will be lots of changed in the next month including a new blog title so stay tuned
